The project involved a comprehensive renovation of a previously owned building, resulting in a complete transformation. H.P. Cummings Construction Company spearheaded the renovation, which encompassed the installation of new plumbing, heating, and electrical systems.
The office spaces underwent a thorough renovation, with a focus on revitalizing the entire area. This included the installation of new walls, fresh paint, upgraded flooring, and the implementation of modern MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems. The existing restrooms were replaced with two updated bathrooms for the office space, while the service area received two new toilets along with a small locker area. Furthermore, the existing kitchen area was completely dismantled and replaced with a new, modern kitchen equipped with new appliances and cabinetry. As part of the project, H.P. Cummings also constructed a new compressor room for the service area and installed two hydraulic lifts to cater to the technicians’ requirements.
The result is a cleaner, brighter, and quieter working space that meets the needs and expectations of the Owner, St. J Auto. The architectural design was led by Joseph Architects, and H.P. Cummings Construction Company served as the construction manager for the project.
