HP Cummings has a significant amount of recent housing experience, 11 projects since 2007 totaling 477 units. Most of this work has involved renovations to partially occupied facilities. The basic scope of work has included kitchen and bathroom upgrades, ADA improvements and energy saving measures, in addition to new finishes.
