Park House is a 16-resident living facility located in a historic building in Rochester, Vermont. The Park House was the Rochester Inn before it was converted in 1991 to its current use.
The renovations that were completed to this building included a sprinkler system, a kitchen hood, extensive air sealing, insulation, new windows, including repairs to the attic windows, and structural reinforcement for the entire building.
The split unit heat pumps were added to each living unit along with an air exchange water heater to supplement the existing heating system. The upstairs floor plan was reconfigured to accommodate five bathrooms and to enclose existing bathrooms within individual living units.
