We are proud to share our partnership with LL Bean, a renowned Maine-based retailer specializing in outdoor clothing and equipment. When LL Bean needed a new space to better serve its customers, we were thrilled to step in and create a state-of-the-art facility.
Originally located in downtown Burlington, VT, LL Bean found that their existing space no longer met their needs, prompting them to seek a new location closer to Williston, VT, and their competitors. Working hand in hand with LL Bean, our team, along with subcontractors and vendors, embarked on the construction of a brand new 28,000 SF steel-framed building.
Not only did we construct the overall building, but we also collaborated with LL Bean on the interior fit-up of approximately 14,700 SF of retail space. This comprehensive fit-up included the installation of MEP systems, interior finishes, and custom millwork. Additionally, we meticulously set up all LL Bean fixtures, furniture, and point-of-sale systems to create a seamless and inviting shopping experience for their customers.
