In just 12 weeks, we successfully completed the renovation project, encompassing approximately 18,500 square feet, to accommodate the Keurig Dr. Pepper staff. The primary objective was to provide additional office spaces, as well as incorporate essential facilities such as a fitness center, break rooms, conference rooms, and a training room.
The renovation process was executed with efficiency and precision to meet the tight timeline. The existing space was transformed to create functional and modern office areas, allowing the Keurig Dr. Pepper staff to work comfortably and efficiently. Alongside the office spaces, dedicated areas were designed and constructed to support the well-being and productivity of the employees.
One of the highlights of the project was the inclusion of a fitness center, providing an on-site facility for employees to engage in physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, well-designed break rooms were incorporated to provide a comfortable and inviting space for employees to relax and recharge during their breaks. Conference rooms and a training room were also established, catering to the needs of the staff for meetings, collaboration, and professional development.
