The Rutland Regional Medical Center – Foley Cancer Center underwent extensive renovations, encompassing a total area of 5,685 square feet. The renovation project was divided into four distinct phases to ensure a systematic approach to the construction process.
The primary focus of the renovations was to improve the layout of the spaces and upgrade the finishes. The most significant transformation took place in the waiting room, which underwent substantial changes to enhance the patient experience. This included the creation of a new waiting area, a dedicated check-in/out space, and an improved workspace for the nursing staff.
As the Construction Manager, we successfully oversaw the project, working closely with the architect, Lavallee Brensinger Architects, and the owner, Rutland Regional Medical Center. The collaborative effort resulted in a successful renovation of the Foley Cancer Center, providing an improved environment for patients and staff alike.
