The crowning jewel of the new Proctor Academy Health and Well-Being Center has been restored! Last week, crews coordinated to safely load the newly restored steeple from its temporary staging area and carefully move it down Observatory Lane to lift it onto its permanent podium. Refurbishing the steeple was a key component to this project and seeing it returned to its seat of honor is indicative of the amazing progress being made on this project.
