Recognized as the largest childcare center in Vermont, this project required extensive sitework to resolve poor drainage issues and install new underground utilities. The entire interior of the existing building was demolished and new interior walls and finishes were installed, including windows, doors, siding, roofing, and all new MEP systems. Other improvements included a centrally-located elevator, all new fire-protection system, and secure outdoor play space. Despite delays due to design changes that needed to be made in order to meet BABAA requirements, this project was able to finish on schedule.
