This project combined work at two brownfield sites, each of which had an existing apartment building that was demolished and removed along with contaminated soils before construction of new buildings and utilities could begin. A total of 14 permanently affordable units were constructed between the two sites as a mix of family-sized townhouse units and smaller garden flats. One building also features a central laundry room and office. Sitework included renovation and construction of new parking areas and new walkways plus bike racks and electric vehicle chargers.
