In response to the historic flooding events in 2023, we helped to both restore parts of the historic library as well as upgrade important HVAC and mechanical systems. The masonry walls of the basement were refurbished and glass walls and doors added to create private meeting rooms. Epoxy flooring and finishes were installed. Lighting was updated throughout the lower level. Mechanical improvements included ventilation upgrades, a new ERV unit and elevator machine room. New roof membranes and fresh air intake louvers were installed. Careful coordination was essential to limiting disruptions to library operations.
