Completed in multiple phases to accommodate the occupants in active use, the North wing is a new addition containing the main commercial kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities, activity rooms, and the Memory Care wing with its own laundry facilities plus country kitchen for tenants. The South wing is a combination of new construction and restoration of the historic original 1800’s house. The facility houses up to 88 independent, assisted living, and memory care residents.
