This project involved the rehabilitation and renovation of the existing Main House terrace space. This required regrading, rehabilitation of the surrounding stone wall joints and corners, installation of new stone walls, steps, and patio stones including snowmelt control systems. A new wooden pergola was installed along with stone chef’s island with built-in grills and cooktop for outdoor cooking.
