This project involved updating the HVAC and pool filter system as well as installation of new spray foam insulation, replacement burnt wood siding and trim, and new exterior windows and doors to match. The new pool system from Allen Pools & Spas was upgraded to a saltwater treatment system and the burnt wood siding and trim was from Nakamoto Forestry Products, which specializes in the rot-resistant shou sugi ban charred siding. The attic floors were repaired to support the new dehumidification unit and HVAC system while a new radiant heat boiler and basement ventilation system was installed to maintain a safe and consistent spa environment.
