Not only did we construct the overall 28,000 square foot building, but we also collaborated with LL Bean on the interior fit-up of approximately 14,700 SF of retail space. This comprehensive fit-up included the installation of MEP systems, interior finishes, and custom millwork. Additionally, we meticulously set up all LL Bean fixtures, furniture, and point-of-sale systems to create a seamless and inviting shopping experience for their customers.
