This project consisted of renovations to the Blodgett Oven Manufacturing Facility. The project included work on multiple buildings in a 15-acre lakefront campus setting. The interior was demolished to make room for a new layout that would allow for multiple tenants and event spaces. The campus uses renewable energy sources such as a 33,000 square foot photovoltaic system and 88 heat pumps for precise control of heating and cooling. The buildings needed extensive thermal envelope upgrades to the walls & roof, with the final blower door test achieving 62% lower than the specified maximum.
