We provided pre-construction as well as construction services, restoring and renovating the old Spaulding School which was converted into the History Center. Project involved a total area in excess of 60,000 SF, of which 40,000 SF were heavily renovated, leaving an additional 20,000 SF for the future expansion. The project included restoring space for the History Center library.
