The St. Johnsbury Buick GMC Renovations project encompassed a combination of renovations and three separate additions, totaling 5,200 square feet, to the existing building. With a focus on maintaining uninterrupted business operations, the project was divided into four distinct phases.
The scope of work involved various areas, including the installation of a new service drive, parts storage, washroom, tool room, waiting area, and service department. Additionally, exterior improvements were made, and renovations were carried out in the showroom and administration areas. The successful execution of this project relied heavily on collaboration and effective communication among all stakeholders.
Known as the St. Johnsbury Buick GMC Renovations, the project was undertaken for the owner, St. Johnsbury Automotive. EH Danson served as the architect, providing their expertise in the design process, while our company assumed the role of the construction manager, ensuring the project’s smooth progression and ultimate success for all parties involved.
