Shorewall Community Medical Center, a community health center, was constructed to replace a former residence that was being utilized as a clinic. The project involved the construction of a 6,500-square-foot building, including a full basement. The scope of work encompassed the implementation of design/build mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the incorporation of a high-efficiency building envelope to optimize energy performance.
Owned by the Community Health Centers of the Rutland Regional Medical Center, Shorewall Community Medical Center was designed by Lavallee Brensinger Architects. H.P. Cummings Construction Company served as the construction manager for the project, overseeing the successful execution of the construction process.
