The Ophthalmology Suite Renovations project aimed to address the inadequate service provided by the existing Ophthalmology department at the hospital. We and our subcontractors were tasked with demolishing a 1,900-square-foot addition known as the “rocket ship” and constructing a new 2,400-square-foot addition to house the upgraded ophthalmology suite.
The project involved the installation of state-of-the-art exam rooms and specialized equipment to cater to the needs of eye exam specialists. Additionally, the design/build of mechanical and electrical systems was meticulously implemented, incorporating highly efficient components to optimize performance. The project also prioritized the creation of a high-performance envelope, enhancing energy efficiency and overall sustainability.
