Inpatient Renovations

This project consisted of 15,500 SF of renovations to the existing nursing home facility at Gifford Medical Center into new inpatient rooms. The renovations took place over three phases due to the space being occupied during construction.

Phase 1 included 15,500 SF of demolition to the existing nursing home facility. Phase 2 included 5,670 SF of renovations to the existing hospital space that was turned into LDRP space. This space involved complete demolition and rework. Phase 3 consisted of renovations of the existing nursing station into a staff locker area and the creation of a new nursing station that will serve the patients.
