The Borwell Level 3 Renovation project involved the transformation of 9,040 square feet of existing vivarium space into a versatile area serving multiple purposes. This renovated space now includes a student lounge, gym facility, conference rooms, locker rooms, OSCE/study spaces, and a freezer farm. The project required the demolition of the existing vivarium space, which included highly vibration-sensitive operations and some flooring.
Throughout the renovation, it was crucial to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the facilities and minimize disturbances. Careful planning and execution were undertaken to maintain the functionality of the surrounding areas while carrying out the necessary construction activities.
