This project consists of a new addition to the south gable of the theater for services of approx. (2,500 SF) and installation of a new fire suppression system and alarm system.
The scope of work includes, but was not limited to sitework, interior demolition, structural upgrades, concrete, metals, rough & finish carpentry, roofing, spray foam insulation, windows, doors, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, specialties, along with plumbing, mechanical, and electrical upgrades.
