This state-of-the-art, one-story facility, now fully operational, spans nearly 20,000 square feet and is located on a 4-acre site at 407 Washington Highway. Designed to consolidate key departments such as Appleseed Pediatrics, Morrisville Family Health Care, and the neurology clinic, the new building addresses the critical need for expanded space and enhanced resident accessibility.
The completed facility includes 103 parking spaces, a conference room, storage facilities, and a fitness center for employees—amenities that significantly enhance healthcare providers’ operational efficiency and comfort. Consolidating multiple practices into this modern, conveniently located building across from Copley Hospital has streamlined operations and improved patient care, fulfilling the vision of providing accessible, high-quality healthcare in one central location.
