Chris has over 30 years of construction experience. He started out in residential construction and later moved into commercial construction where he loves the new challenge that each project brings. He has built custom homes that range up to $750,000 plus and have ran jobs as a superintendent that have ranged from 1 million to 12 million in value.

“I have done schools, border crossing, and worked for 3 years at the VT Air National Guard on projects. I thrive to make sure the projects always get done on schedule and that the owners receive an outstanding product at completion. I enjoy working with subcontractors and meeting new people to work with.”

When not working Chris enjoy spending time with his kids and grandkids fishing, hunting, and watching baseball and hockey games.

Michael began his construction career as a laborer in 1999 working his way up to carpenter, foreman, asst. Superintendent and finally an established Superintendent. During his past 20 years, he has worked doing many tasks that have helped him grow. His experience as a superintendent includes projects that have ranged in value from $1 million to $34 million. For the past few years, he has been working as a Superintendent in the state of Massachusetts working on new hotel construction. Family means everything to Michael and he has chosen to work closer to home and has found a home at HP Cummings. “I have known of HP Cummings reputation for a long time. I am proud to work for such a well-established and reputable company. I enjoy the support that the field personnel gets from all those who are working behind the scenes in and out of the office which makes working as a Superintendent for HP Cummings a great job to have. The support system from project management helps drive the job site to be great and easier to make the architect’s vision possible.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his fiancé and five children. He enjoys the ocean, camping, sports, and the simple things in life.

As a native Vermonter, I grew up doing many construction projects around the house and neighborhood.  I graduated from UVM with a BS in Civil Engineering Management and began working for a national  GC applying my knowledge into projects ranging from $1M to $35M, and included industrial,residential, commercial, retail and hospital construction.

I reside in Essex, Vermont with my wife,daughter and son.  I still enjoy home projects including cabinet and furniture making for friends and family.  I am a member of the Essex Town Fire Department.

Kyle started in the construction industry in 2005 as a steel framer for an interior specialties contractor. In 2014 he joined the HP team and has spent most of his time at the Rutland Regional Medical Center working on numerous projects such as the ER Addition and Renovations, the Air Handler Project, and many others throughout the campus. Currently, he is the Superintendent on the Cancer Center Renovations.  In his free time, Kyle enjoys fishing Lake Ontario and the Hudson River, ice fishing VT lakes and spending time with family and friends at camp in Grand Isle.

Stuart began as a carpenter and quickly advanced to foreman. For the past several years he has served as one of our top superintendents handling some of our most challenging assignments. He supervised the Hillcrest Hall Environmental Studies at Middlebury College which received a LEED Platinum rating. His experience as superintendent includes projects that have ranged in value from $1 to $12 million.  When Stuart isn’t working, he enjoys ice fishing, camping, riding his ATV, watching NASCAR races, taking care of his chickens and spending time with his three children and their families.
