This project involved a half-block six-story mixed-use building with 103 apartments, retail space, and 65 public parking spaces aimed at providing convenient living options for students. Located near downtown Burlington, the property offers easy access to various amenities, making it an attractive choice for students seeking comfortable and accessible housing options. Multiple coordination meetings were conducted with the City of Burlington and neighboring stakeholders to ensure public safety and to address potential concerns. During the construction phase, the project benefited from utilizing the innovative DensElement Barrier system, which served as a complete efficiency barrier, saving valuable time and costs and contributed to the successful delivery of a modern high-quality building within the designated timeline.
